At check-in, event promoters make use of an amagig scan app to scan your ticket’s barcode directly from your mobile phone screen to admit you to the gig venue.
Our entire customer experience is completely paperless. Tickets are downloaded directly from the portal and also emailed to the purchaser. At any point in time the ticket owner has the ability to go back to the download-link sent via email and download the ticket, should it be misplaced or lost. Printed tickets are also accepted.
We don’t just publish a gig and then leave it to fend for itself. When you sell your tickets through us, our back-office social media team works tirelessly, ensuring that your event is exposed to tens of millions of people that we reach via social media each month. We only charge a fixed 7% ticket booking fee for each ticket sold, fee already included on the ticket price. We accept Debit, Cheque and Credit card payments, meaning anyone with a bank card is able to either purchase tickets or purchase our value added Pricing Plans for publishing upcoming gigs.
